Conventions of Adventure

After Action I looked into the conventions of adventure.

Action and adventure films normally come as a package however to make sure that the main theme is adventure there are some important aspects that must be involved such as iconic villains, stereotypes such as a damsel in distress and Basic good VS evil. In recent adventure films the female role has become drastically stronger as either the main role or as an accomplice to the main role.
